Wine with Chili
What wine with spicy chili? How about Zin 91? But don’t take our word for it … read about the recommendation at The Palate Press!
The Palate Press also wrote a very nice review of Zin 91, though they inadvertently surmised that Vinum Cellars was the producer. It’s true that Vinum Cellars bottled the wine, but the blend was chosen by Opici and the “quirky label” was created by Opici’s in-house graphic design genius Ric Kinon!
BTW, the next vintage of Zin 91 will be 2008, and it will be made from “old vines” grown in Lodi — California, not New Jersey!
