Las Cruces a Big Hit with Bloggers

Last week, Wines of Chile held a “virtual” tasting for bloggers around the world, featuring some of the most interesting red wine blends coming out of Chile.

The event included 8 Chilean winemakers presenting their wines via internet video technology to connect with more than 60 bloggers who posed questions to the winemakers and shared their comments both in real-time and afterward on their blogs.

Among those tasted and tweeted about was De Martino Old Bush Vines “Las Cruces” — which received high praise from many bloggers. For example …

A Fit and Spicy Life found Las Cruces to be the favorite of the group.

BrainWines called the Las Cruces “brilliant” and rated it with a 90-point score.

Chilean Wine said “This wine has a 10-year cellaring potential…”
