Tauleto
- 90% Sangiovese
- 10% Bursona Longanesi
Alcohol:
13%Named after the vineyard from which it is produced, Tauleto is made from specially selected clones that are densely planted and hand picked at peak maturity. The grapes are left to dry for a short period before beginning a temperature-controlled maceration in oak vats. The wine is then aged in French oak barriques and tonneaux. An aromatic bouquet of dark fruit meets complex flavors of cherries, ripe berries, and spice. Pair this well-structured wine with red, braised meats and aged cheeses.

This is a dark and impenetrable wine with a perfumed bouquet of pressed roses, exotic spice, wild berries and a touch of pipe tobacco. It tastes rich, sweet and chewy in the mouth and ends with a blast of fresh berries and spice.
