Est! Est!! Est!!! Takes its name from an ancient legend in which a bishop desired some good wine on his travels to Rome. In Montefiascone, his servant found wine so good he wrote Est (“It is”) three times to alert his master. This blend of white grapes is light, informal and very welcoming.
