Cesari Cento Filari Lugana DOC

Cento Filari Lugana hails from a single vineyard that flanks Veneto’s border with Lombardi along the southern shores of Lake Garda. Floral and citrus fruit aromas abound on the nose of this full-bodied white. It boasts good minerality and balanced acidity with a pleasantly soft, lengthy finish. Fermented in stainless steel, it rests in contact with the skins for several months before blending.

Cento Filari (95% Turbiana and 5% Chardonnay) is a crisp, floral and well-executed white wine that would pair with risotto nero (stained with cuttlefish ink), or tiny soft-skinned moleche spider crabs fried in a superlight batter.
