This organic, estate-sourced red has a lovely bouquet of liquorice, red currants and blackberries with hints of Provençal spices. A deeply colored, powerful wine bursting with ripe red fruit flavors and lively acidity, it finishes with notes of savory mint. It is vinified in stainless steel tanks while undergoing full malolactic fermentation and aged for 12 months in a mixture of cement and stainless steel tanks. Bright and approachable immediately, though it will also show nicely over the next 4-5 years.
