Viberti Dolbà Langhe DOC

A blend of two of Piedmont’s native varietals, Dolcetto and Barbera, Viberti Dolbà shows fresh red berry aromas on the nose and palate.  The vibrant acidity makes it an easy-drinking wine that is best consumed young.  Aged for 6-8 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in bottle prior to release.  Enjoy within a few years of the vintage.

This plush, food-friendly blend of Dolcetto and Barbera offers foxy notes of fresh grapes and black cherry along a clean, albeit simple, mouthfeel. A good pairing idea is crispy fried chicken.

Great freshness in this sleek red boosts the blackberry, cherry and herbal notes. Just lacks the oomph on the back end to be outstanding. Drink now.
