This wine is a perfect balance between liveliness and elegance containing an assortment of beautiful floral and fruit aromas including grapefruit, ripe peach and acacia. Hints of honey and toast lead to a medium-bodied, textured white marked by zesty tropical fruit flavors. After undergoing a short, cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine spends an additional 3 months aging in similar stainless steel tanks before being bottled unfiltered. Enjoy upon release, as well as 1-3 years ahead.
