This wine has a dark, ruby color with complex aromas of red and black berries along with savory spices. Full-bodied with fresh fruity nuances leading to smooth tannins across the long finish. After a 3-week temperature controlled maceration period in stainless steel tanks, full malolactic fermentation and additional aging for 3-6 months all takes place in the same vessels. Delicious now, but can be cellared and appreciated for 3-4 years going forward.
