Amongst the most prestigious reds in Burgundy, Roux Pommard is a rich, yet delicate wine with aromas of blackberry, cherry, and ripe plum. With age, the wine develops notes of leather, chocolate, and pepper.  Fermentation takes place on the lees in French oak barrels.  The wine is then aged for 14-16 months.
