This delicious white comes from a large family domaine based in St-Aubin. It offers hints of white flowers and bright lime-scented fruit to fill a cool, cushioned mouthful of flavor; oak enhances the textural pleasure and adds a touch of vanillin warmth in the end. A comforting wine to drink on its own or in the company of roast chicken.

Saint-Aubin, in the hills behind Puligny-Montrachet, is the Roux family’s home village.  With this white, they have brought out the softness as well as the richness of the village’s wines. A lemon flower aroma is followed by notes of citrus and white fruit, with a touch of spice.
